AM Cremation & Funeral Care is a licensed, family-owned funeral home and cremation provider serving families throughout Manatee, Sarasota, DeSoto, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Charlotte Counties. Since opening our doors in November 2017, we have been committed to one straightforward belief: that dignified, caring cremation and funeral services should be accessible to every family — regardless of budget.
We are not a national chain or a corporate funeral home. We are a local, family-run business built on the principle that the families in our community deserve honest pricing, personal attention, and genuine care during one of the most difficult times of their lives.

We Own and Operate Our Own Crematory
Unlike many funeral homes and cremation providers that contract out to a third-party crematory, AM Cremation & Funeral Care owns and operates our own state-of-the-art crematory facility at our location in Palmetto, Florida. This means your loved one never leaves our care — from the moment we receive them at the place of death through the completion of cremation and return of cremated remains to your family. Every cremation is performed by one of our own certified crematory operators, at our own facility, under our direct supervision.
Transparent, All-Inclusive Pricing
We publish every price publicly on our Pricing & General Price List — including all package prices, itemized fees, and county-specific Medical Examiner fees. Our package pricing is the real price. No administrative fees, no secretarial charges, and no surprise add-ons at the time of arrangement. We encourage families to compare, and we are happy to answer any question about what is and is not included in any package we offer.
A Full Range of Services
We offer far more than simple direct cremation. Our services include direct cremation, cremation with a private family goodbye, veteran cremation with full VA coordination and military honors, traditional funeral services, direct burial, memorial services, forwarding and receiving of remains, and anatomical donation. If you are planning ahead, we also offer pre-need arrangements that lock in today's pricing and ensure your wishes are honored. Whatever your family needs, we can help.

Arrangements On Your Terms
We understand that coming into an office is not always practical — especially when a death has just occurred. Arrangements can be made in person at our office, by phone, or completely online from the comfort of your home. Our online arrangement process allows families to submit death certificate information, complete cremation authorization forms electronically, and pay for services securely without leaving home.
